the historic heart of Maryborough.

Built circa 1891, the apartments have played a central historical role since Maryborough was a thriving river port involved in immigration and export shipping.

The Riverside Apartments are in the CBD, just a minutes walk from shops, restaurants, museums and clubs.

Across the road are the resplendent 'Parklands' and Mary River. A short riverside walk brings you to the Brolga Theatre, a regional entertainment centre and popular wedding venue.

This position adjacent to the Parklands and Mary River captures magnificent views and balmy breezes which can be enjoyed from the verandahs.

The Riverside Apartments represent real value, when cost, space and locality are considered. Many of the city's festivals are located in Wharf Street and the Parklands, directly opposite the Riverside Apartments.

Each apartment is somewhat different in design and décor so we have included photos from more than one apartment. All apartments are self-contained with laundry and ensuite facilities.
